In a chilling revelation, medical professionals have disclosed that a portion of NFL enthusiasts who attended a frigid game in Kansas City endured severe frostbite, leading to amputations.

On January 13th, amidst bone-chilling conditions plummeting to -20°C (-4°F), football aficionados flocked to Arrowhead Stadium to witness the Kansas City Chiefs clash with the Miami Dolphins in the AFC wildcard round. However, the ordeal was exacerbated by the biting wind chill, plunging as low as -33°C (-27°F), rendering the environment even more perilous.

As a consequence of enduring these extreme conditions, a number of spectators fell victim to frostbite, a condition characterized by damage to the skin and underlying tissue, primarily afflicting extremities such as fingers and toes, following prolonged exposure to subzero temperatures.
